Order Cancellation Policy

At Nutricity AU, we aim to process orders promptly so they reach you as quickly as possible. Because of this fast processing, cancellation requests are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed
Requests must be submitted within this period by contacting our support team
If your request is received within 24 hours and before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method

After 24 Hours

Once 24 hours have passed, orders are usually processed and prepared for shipping
Cancellation requests after this period may not be accepted
If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

In such cases, you may choose to refuse delivery when the package arrives. Once the parcel is returned to us in its original, unopened condition, we will process a refund for the product cost only

Important Information

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout
Shipping charges are non-refundable in the following cases:
- Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour window
- Refused or undeliverable shipments
Returned items must be in original condition; otherwise, a restocking fee may apply or the refund may be declined
